Landex employs a highly skilled team of specialists and ‘hand-picked’ contractors (who are very much a part of our team) to build your Landex New Home.

Every new home comes with a 10 year insurance backed structural warranty. Full details will be provided by your conveyancer.

When you move into a Landex New Home, all you have to think about is where to put your furniture and how to dress you windows.

We include:

• A quality branded kitchen and appliances (minimum appliances: oven, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, washing machine)
• Quality branded contemporary sanitaryware, showers, vanity units, steam-free mirrors in all ‘wet’ rooms
• Security alarm
• Quality flooring throughout the entire home
• Fitted sliding wardrobes to one bedroom
• Turfed rear garden with mulched borders
• External double electric socket near patio
• External tap

On handover day you will be welcomed to your new home by one of the Landex team. A comprehensive Welcome Pack will be given to you containing a host of information relevant to your new home including appliance manuals, warranty information and commissioning certificates.

Landex offer complimentary ‘Meet and Greet’ appointments to all new homeowners. These are dedicated appointments with our plumber, electrician, security alarm and any other relevant specialists. They will visit you in your home to go through the systems they have installed. This is an ideal opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Cabling and wiring for telephone, broadband & satellite tv is fitted as standard, ready for you to arrange connections with your chosen providers.

Landex supply the ‘hard wiring’ provision for an EVCP. Depending on which development you purchase your new home, an EVCP may be included. There will usually be the option to request one if not although it may be at additional expense.

Please feel free to contact us via the website or call the office to arrange a viewing and discuss any other queries.

Rear gardens are finished with a generous sized patio and footpath using quality slabs. The remainder of the garden is turfed with a mulched border. Trees are usually only provided in rear gardens where they appear on the approved landscaping plan.

Landex appreciate that this will be important to you. All of our new private homes come with a minimum of two private parking spaces. These are generous in size. Many of our homes will also have a single or double garage with electronically operated doors; again, these are generous in size. Where possible we will also provide a number of visitor spaces.

Landex provide a set of wheelie bins (general and paper/cardboard recycling). Full details and further instructions will be provided to new homeowners prior to handover. Should you wish to purchase a garden waste recycling bin you would need to contact the local authority as these are usually purchased on a subscription basis.

Landex provide an external tap, sockets and lighting as standard.

Yes, if you are in a position to make a financial commitment and prepared to instruct a solicitor. Contact us for more details.

By reserving off-plan you’re able to select the plot that suits you best! You are also invited to become involved with selecting certain finishes such as kitchen units and worktops, wall tiles and floor coverings (from our range and subject to stage of construction).

It may be possible for you to ‘hold’ a property for a set period of time whilst you try to sell your home. This is usually only applicable to homes that are under construction. Contact us for more details.

TESTIMONIAL

3 years on, our house still looks brand new!

The house is amazing. The quality of everything is superb and it was very easy for us to settle in. In fact, during our first few months of living in the house we were continually finding thoughtful finishing touches around the home that we hadn’t noticed at any of the viewings – this was such a pleasant surprise!
